刑事警察局發現，近來通訊軟體Telegram（紙飛機）出現大規模遭駭情形，歹徒使用魚叉式釣魚駭客手法盜帳號，作為其他詐欺的跳板，因此提醒民眾，絕對不要輕易提供個資、驗證碼或傳送手機截圖給未經查證對象。
刑事局指出，日前一位住在台中的H姓男子（30歲），在通訊軟體Telegram，突然收 美國威而鋼、 美國威而鋼viagra、 威而鋼viagra、 viagra、 viagra購買、 美國威而鋼viagra、 美國威而鋼哪裡買、 美國威而鋼價格、 美國威而鋼副作用 到好友「忠哥」傳來訊息，表示臨時急需用錢，希望H男先幫忙轉帳2萬元應急。H姓男子基於朋友道義，立即使用網路轉帳給「忠哥」。
刑事局表示，沒想到H男匯款後，「忠哥」又要求再轉6萬元，H男察覺有異，立刻撥行動電話給「忠哥」，對方說沒有跟H男借錢，此時，H男才驚覺竟遭到假冒「忠哥」的歹徒透過Telegram借錢詐騙！
