明年農曆春節自1月20日到1月29日，共有10天連假，但不是人人都能「見紅就休」，民間企業員工若想要比照政府機關公務人員爽放10天，勞動部就指出可採「8週彈性工時」規定，不過需要經過工會或勞資會議同意後才能施行。

明年1月21日到1月26日為除夕到初五，但因除夕（1/21）、大年初一（1/22）適逢週末，因此在假期頭尾的1月20及1月27日調整休假，再加上1月28日、29日為週末，農曆春節從1月20日到1月29日，連休達10天，但是需要在前2週的1月7日、後1週的2月4日補上班。
